Quinn Ross is the managing partner and CEO of the Ross Firm. Quinn’s was the first firm in Canada to introduce the 4 day work week where lawyers and staff are paid for 5 days but work 4. Quinn has taken the firm from 2 lawyers to 16 with 4 paralegals and almost 50 allied professionals in 6 offices throughout south western Ontario. He has developed practical knowledge in the areas of sustainable workplaces, hybrid work, remote work, lean systems, and a more human workplace. He is a former President of the Ontario Bar Association, where he initiated the innovator in residence program and is a current Bencher of the Law Society of Ontario where he sits on, among others, the professional regulation and technology committees. Quinn regularly speaks on topics of workplace innovation and sustainability.
