Natalie is a Senior Manager in KPMG’s People and Change Management Consulting Practice, focused on HR Transformation. Natalie has worked extensively with HR Leaders who are seeking to better align their people, processes and technology to deliver better employee experiences. She has led and supported both the strategy and design of transformation initiatives that are rooted in everything from technology implementations, to culture and service delivery model changes. She also supports the implementation or rollout of these transformation programs as an advisor on change management, user adoption and workforce transition planning. She has worked with both public and private clients from a wide array of industries.
