Vice President, Client Relationship – Health Solutions, Aon
Karen is a Vice-President within Health Solutions at Aon. Her role is to ensure our services and products are strategically in place to meet all your Human Resources needs. Prior to joining Aon in 2021, Karen has served as a Senior Consultant to the Treasury Board Secretariat, in a strategic role with corporate oversight over the Ontario Public Sector’s benefit plans. She has held senior roles across both large insurance carriers and consulting firms. She brings vast experience in benefits consulting across both the public and private sector, traditional and flex, and large unionized plans, trust plans, including multi-employer and employee life and health trusts. Karen has worked extensively on the consolidation of the Ontario Education Sector Employee Life and Health Trusts (“ELHT’s”).Karen brings extensive knowledge on Group Benefit plans and helps ensure that your benefits plan is meeting your organizational and people management goals, by examining plan design, health and wellness strategies, potential plan gaps, and overall risk levels for your plan, your employees and your organization.
Karen earned a Psychology and a Life Sciences degree from Queen’s University. She has also earned a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Toronto.
