Donna has over 18 years operational experience in Organization Development, Change Management and Human Resources Management. Donna has held senior positions in Organization Development and Change, Research and Advisory Services and Human Resources Management in industries including utilities, research/thinktank, healthcare, high tech and manufacturing. During this time she supported several large organizational change initiatives through a collaborative and participative approach which focused on engaging senior leaders, front-line leaders and employees in the change process. Donna has also created and led several national Human Resource initiatives including corporate change management, internal communications, employee recruitment, retention and engagement strategies, creation of custom leadership development programs and the design of internal coaching, conflict management and team development programs to enable managers to enhance individual, team and organizational performance
