Dear Partner,

We are delighted that you will be joining us at HR Leaders Summit Toronto 2018! This document contains information to assist you in your preparation for this event.

 

EVENT LOCATION:

North Building of the Toronto Congress Centre, 650 Dixon Rd, Toronto ON M9W 1J1. For directions click here.

PARKING:

The Toronto Congress Centre has 6000 parking spots. The parking area that is closest to your entrance for our event is the Trade Parking Lot. This area has appx. 1200 parking spots. The parking spots are complimentary for guests. See here for more parking options.

EXHIBITION SETUP DATE:

12 November 2018, Monday from 12 noon until 5 pm.

EVENT DATES:

13 and 14 November 2018, Tuesday and Wednesday. Registration and expo hall opens at 8:00 am. Opening keynote starts at 9:15 am.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:

A booth space. The area is carpeted and your booth will have a table and 2 chairs. If you have a banner to attach, you will have to provide your own stands. Please click here to view the floor plan.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

✓ COMPANY PROFILE & LOGO - due ASAP

Kindly provide your logo in EPS format and JPG/PNG format along with a 250-word profile. Please check here to confirm that we have your correct profile & logo.

✓ DIGITAL ADVERT - on or before 27 October 2018

Platinum, Gold and Silver partners are entitled to one digital advert to be displayed in between the sessions. Please note items received beyond this date will not be included. Please send us a 1-2 minute video clip with audio or a PPT presentation in auto-play.

✓ DELEGATE BAG INSERTS – due on 12 November 2018

Platinum and Gold partners are entitled to one item insert in each delegate bag. You can have them delivered to the venue by courier or handheld on the day of the setup.

✓ REPRESENTATIVES' NAMES - on or before 26th October 2018

Send us the name, title and email of your representative so we can provide badges and food at the event.

✓ Shipping label HERE. Please be reminded that everything must be moved out at the end of Day 2.
