Annie Framand is a seasoned professional with a proven track record in talent identification and development. For 20 years, Annie has enabled high-caliber individuals, teams, and organizations to break through barriers and reach their goals by helping them make sense of their issues, creating simple action plans, inspiring positive change, and providing practical tools that challenge them and their organizations to continuously improve.

Annie is recognized for her ability to understand client’s business needs, and create and deliver engaging learning programs and assessment initiatives that foster a positive return on investment. She has consulted with national clients, both unionized and non-unionized, in a broad range of sectors including retail, oil and gas, transportation, mining, public, finance, and professional services.

As director in a consulting firm where she led a team of eight professionals, Annie oversaw operations, budget, and business development initiatives for the office and participated in the elaboration of the strategic orientations as a member of the executive committee.

Earlier in her career, Annie was an HR business partner at Bell Canada and Loblaws, where she managed various corporate projects, including the implementation of succession plans, reengineering of selection processes, and management of workforce movement in the context of mergers and acquisitions.

Her areas of expertise include designing and delivering leadership training, providing assessments and coaching to all levels, from individual contributors to executives, in talent development, selection, performance management, succession planning, and transformation contexts.
