Jane is a recognized authority on organizational culture and human resources. Over the last 15 years, she has worked with companies in the private, public, and non-profit sectors, including regional and national leadership roles. Jane is Head of People & Operations at Actionable, a company on a mission to harness technology and the power of behaviour change to build more effective organizations. She also helps forward-thinking entrepreneurs and organizations translate their ideal culture into actionable choices and plans in her work as a consultant.
In 2018, Jane founded The Aperta Project, aimed at changing the way HR thinks about workplace sexual harassment in the wake of the #MeToo and #TimesUp movements. Drawing on research and insights from a range of disciplines and collaborators, Aperta provides leaders and HR practitioners with free curated research and resources to inform clear thinking on sexual harassment for the modern workplace.
