For over fifteen years, Jean-François has help organizations improve their efficiency, develop their talent’s potential and build their leadership capabilities. As a coach, he has guided many leaders to enhance their skills and triumph within an ever demanding business world. He is also often called upon to help resolve tension between employees / leaders where successful collaboration is an issue. His long standing clients appreciate his ability to find relevant actionable developmental items and build commitment and accountability within different stakeholders.
His consultant work, which includes many large-scale projects, has covered a wide range of job titles and levels from front line to executive positions, always with the overarching goal of helping individuals and organizations reach their strategic goals. He has experience in various industries, most notably the financial services, pharmaceuticals, aerospace, retail, telecommunications, education, technology, manufacturing and government, both provincial and federal.
Jean-François holds a Ph.D. in Psychology. He has an extended knowledge of psychometric tests and simulation exercises and has over the years been certified for many of the leading assessment tools (Hogan, EQi, Birkman, LEA, Chally-Predictor, TACT etc.). A passionate writer he has published three books in the management/psychology area with Éditions Québecor (now Québec Livres), as well as recently self-publishing a book about bullying in the workplace.
