For over fifteen years, Kathleen has held both executive and thought leadership roles within the talent management consulting industry and specializes in proactively creating a culture of employee engagement around the customer experience, identifying critical as well as emerging core competencies targeted at expediting strategic and tactical growth, succession management, executive and leadership assessment and development, communications strategy frameworks, strategic assessment, employee engagement, and more.
Kathleen has worked with numerous public and Fortune 1000 companies across multiple industries such as architectural engineering, energy, financial services & insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, non-profits, pharmaceuticals, retail, technology and more. Her experience includes nearly 20 years on the corporate side with over 11 years at two Fortune 100 financial services companies that focused on retail services including global credit card call operations.
Kathleen holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration with a specialization in strategic management; an M.S. in Administration and Management with a specialization in organizational effectiveness; and a B.S. in Behavioral and Social Sciences. She has certifications in administering Hogan and MRG leadership assessments as well as team effectiveness and organizational assessments.
