Senior Organizational Psychology Consultant, SPB Organizational Psychology
Cheddi Suddith has been an organizational psychology consultant at SPB Organizational Psychology Inc. since 2000 and is currently a senior consultant with SPB’s Toronto-based operations. His areas of expertise involve Talent Identification and Leadership Development Strategies. He has participated in multiple mandates geared toward identifying leadership potential at all levels within organizations (from high potential, aspiring managers to executives) and in various industry sectors, helping organizations identify and define the criteria for their success and matching those with the potential of the candidates assessed. In 2009, he participated in the succession planning initiative for the presidency of one of Canada’s leading natural gas companies. In 2011, he also helped a private sector organization optimize its Executive Team Effectiveness during team building and strategic alignment initiatives. Mr. Suddith’s initial academic interests focused on Training Transfer which consists of transferring acquired knowledge to the workplace environment and quantifying training results. He is a regular facilitator of workshops and seminars on a variety of topics relating to leadership, and individual and team performance at work.
